Weigh In #1

When I look back on this week...

I ate pizza, three times.

I ate out, two times.

I had candy, three times.

I had an after dinner snack, four times.

I didn't drink enough water for two days. 

And yet....

I lost 5 pounds.

355 to 350!

88 total pounds lost

11 more to 100 pounds lost

31 to get to half of my goal.

Looking forward to seeing what happens next week when I actually give it a real try!

Onward and downward!
